Reflecting on a Successful Year: A Recap of Our Agency's Work in 2023

As we look forward to 2024 for yet another remarkable year, it's time for us to reflect on all the incredible projects, milestones, and successes that filled our calendar in 2023. At Gerber Media, our talented team of paid and social media worked tirelessly to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

We are proud to share that in 2023 Gerber Media has served a total of 32 clients for Paid Media, Marketing Operations and Social Media management.

Embracing Innovation

In 2023, we made it a priority to embrace the latest technological advancements to enhance our agency's capabilities with paid media management. With automation, AI, and data-driven insights, we were able to deliver outstanding results in various areas.

We are delighted to be an advisor for CDAP (Canada Digital Adoption Program), a business technology grant offered by the government of Canada to develop a digital roadmap for eligible Canadian-owned businesses. Data-Driven Decision Making

2023 was all about emphasizing the importance of data-driven decision-making, with comprehensive analytics to form our strategies. With advanced tracking and measurement tools, we gathered valuable insights into consumer behaviour, preferences, and market trends. This allowed us to optimize campaigns in real-time, with maximum impact and ROI for our clients.

In 2023 we helped 21 clients set up GA4 (Google Analytics) for their website and established a tracking method for all their traffic resources.

We also created 23 Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) dashboards for clients that combined all their data in one place. With paid media dashboards our clients can see realtime results from all their paid media channels in one place and make informed decisions.

Paid Media campaigns

Throughout 2023, our team has managed ad campaigns across 5 diverse platforms with Google ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, Linkedin Ads, DV360 and ExoClick.

We manage 23 active ad accounts, with over 100 campaigns and a staggering 1,000 ads.

  • With Google Ads, we manage SEM (search engine marketing), Display, YouTube, Discovery, Shopping and of course performance Max campaigns.

  • With Facebook we manage Brand awareness, captivating Videos ads, Leads ads and shopping ads.

  • On LinkedIn, we manage Leads, videos and strategic brand awareness campaigns for our clients.

  • And last but not least, we've embraced the TikTok wave and promoted videos for our clients' accounts.

  • Niche B2B Software Success: For a niche B2B software client, we have worked with highly relevant keywords, ensuring that every dollar spent was directed towards the right audience. The business was facing a challenge because of an exceptionally narrow target keyword range and a small audience because of the type of software. We decided to focus on quality over quantity. Our strategy was to generate only a modest number of highly qualified leads with precision targeting. This resulted in a remarkable conversion rate for our client.

  • Real Estate - Over 200% increase in new media buying accounts: Our first project with the real estate sector began with our first client in early 2023, and today we proudly serve three different ones. The initial client engagement required us to dive deep into market research, where we learned industry trends. We now have gathered real-time insights that help our lead-generation strategies by paid media. We use this research and knowledge to run successful campaigns across various channels.

  • LinkedIn Brand Awareness - Elevating Engagement Across Diverse Audiences: By boosting published posts to diverse age groups and varying demographics in different distinct campaign groups, we ensured a broad spectrum of audience engagement. The result? An elevated brand visibility and engagement that exceeded the expectations of our client on the best professional networking platform.

Content Marketing

During 2023, we helped 9 clients reach their SEO goals with content marketing targeted to their ideal clients. Our team wrote more than 50 unique blog posts about technology, marketing, emotional support and much more.

All of our content marketing posts have been shared on their CMS (content management system), and as Linkedin articles. We also helped our clients share the content and links on their social media channels.

Building Strong Client Relationships

In addition to delivering outstanding results, building strong client relationships remained at the core of our agency's values. We believe in open and transparent communication and collaboration, treating every client as a trusted partner. We try to understand their unique business needs and tailor our strategies accordingly.
